Why did you seek employment with the Corporation of Hamilton?
Actually, I was taking a break/sabbatical from work at the time when Alderman Frith (former Mayor) suggested that I meet with Mr. Leseur about a position that they were trying to fill within the Corporation of Hamilton. And the rest as they say is history!

Which aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy dealing with a variety of people; staff, public, government and city officials on a number of different issues. There is never a dull moment and each day brings something new.

How has your role changed over 19yrs you have been with The Corporation of Hamilton?
My job has given me the opportunity to learn so much about the history of Hamilton and Bermuda. The celebration of the bicentennial of the City’s founding was a highlight of my time with The Corporation.
I have also worked under seven (7) Mayors and each Mayor brought a new perspective and fresh ideas to the Corporation of Hamilton
