Why did you seek employment with the Corporation of Hamilton?
I was doing a 2 year apprenticeship with Bermuda Government that included working at several different companies. I worked with Corporation of Hamilton for 6 months during this time. The atmosphere was nice we used to talk and joke around and just have fun. After the apprenticeship was finished I requested a full time position with the Corporation of Hamilton and have been her for 25 yrs.

Which aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
Working on the back of the truck is fun for me; I get to direct traffic, talk and interact with the public.

What types of jobs have you had during your 25 yr tenure?
I started out in Parks department doing gardening for the first 18yrs,then I moved to the Engineering Department for approximately 2 yrs and am currently a Foreman in the Sanitation department.
