As part of the City of Hamilton’s efforts to attract more people to Hamilton and to continue to cater to the working public, the City has introduced pop-up food concessions to occupy our parks and other areas. The type of concession varies from location to location and each contributes something unique to the area.

This program is reviewed and open to new applications annually in the fall by way of an RFP (Request for Proposal).
