Every Board and Committee Meeting at the City of Hamilton is minuted and becomes public record.

All Agendas must be published within three days of any meeting.

Meetings are open to the public for viewing purposes only.

Requests to present at any meeting of the Corporation must be sent in writing to the relevant Committee. Pending approval, presenters will have five minutes to bring their proposals/comments before the Committee.
