City to Host Fresh Air Films – Winter Edition
Hamilton – December 2nd, 2022
The City of Hamilton is delighted to announce its next Fresh Air Films event which will take place on Friday, December 16th, 2022, in Queen Elizabeth Park (formerly Par-la-Ville Park).
The first showing will feature Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022 - Rated PG) and will take place at 6:30pm and the second movie of the night, Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022- Rated PG-13), will start at 8:30pm. Admission is free and gates open at 5:30pm.
“We’re excited to bring our Winter Edition of Fresh Air Films to back to beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park for the series’ finale event of the year,” explained Senior Events and Marketing Coordinator, Tamara Smith. “The holiday spirit is in the air and we are excited to close the year with this public favourite.”
Food and snacks will be available for purchase from on-site from vendors including Hot Dog Delight and Novel Tea.
Movie-goers are also encouraged to patronize the City restaurants and bring their own take-out dinners to enjoy during the films. Suggested parking is at any of the nearby car parks including Par-la-Ville Car Park, Number One Car Park or City Hall Car Park.
In the event of inclement weather, this event will be canceled.
